According to a study, eating nuts makes your stomach fuller for a longer time as compared to eating a doughnut or a cake. Almonds are the best food for you if you are trying to reduce your meals. On the other hand, berries are excellent for reducing fats because they are tiny little packages of fiber that will help out a person who is trying to reduce body fats.
Meat and fish
Dieting does not mean that you should stop eating meat or fish. The human body finds it easier to burn more calories when digesting proteins and therefore, eating meat will not increase your body fat but would help to get rid of belly fat. Fish, on the other hand, contain Omega 3 fatty acid, which is the good fat, as they make healthy, and helps it to remove any extra fats from the body. It is a good idea to make sure that the fish you eat is fresh and comes from clean waters because the chemicals from polluted water are harmful for the body.
Green vegetables and whole grain

Making a salad before a meal enables you to eat a smaller portion of your meal and still have a full stomach and a fresh body! Also, make sure that you eat whole grains rather than refined grains because they also contain a lot of fiber and prevent you from getting hungry shortly after you have eaten your meal. Other foods like peanut butter, avocados and olive oil are good foods that make you healthy and full without gaining extra fats and getting out of shape.
